Founded in 2018, MARLA brings leaders of diverse African communities together to learn leadership skills, empowering them to engage in civic activities and advocacy in the pursuit of nurturing their new communities here in Houston.
We do this through a variety of program services, including systems navigation, family reunification, and referrals for mental health and domestic violence support.
